Why Hard Core?

Core muscles include the abdominals, lower back, hips, and glutes. Like the sun provides stability and energy for the planets that revolve around it, your core provides stability, power, and endurance for the rest of the body. A strong core is critical for optimal performance and prevention of injury.

Core training will benefit you no matter what your age or athletic ability. While the training movements and intensity levels will vary to accommodate each individual, all can see improvements in flexibility, balance, power, and endurance by core training.
